1. Donation Policy
All donations made to Parlapalli Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donations are 80G tax-exempted under applicable laws, and donors will receive receipts for tax exemption purposes.
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Unauthorized transactions due to fraud or payment processing errors.
Duplicate donations made accidentally by the donor.
Incorrect donation amount due to technical issues.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the donor must send a written request within 1 days of the transaction.
The request should include the donor’s full name, contact details, proof of payment, transaction reference number, and reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of request approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the donation.
