• All donations made to Parlapalli Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Donations are 80G tax-exempted under applicable laws, and donors will receive receipts for tax exemption purposes.

• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Unauthorized transactions due to fraud or payment processing errors.

• Duplicate donations made accidentally by the donor.

• Incorrect donation amount due to technical issues.

3. Refund Request Process

• To request a refund, the donor must send a written request within 1 days of the transaction.

• The request should include the donor’s full name, contact details, proof of payment, transaction reference number, and reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of request approval.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the donation.
